I’m sitting where a blue band borders a red one but we haven’t had much snow at all. Down the road a bit in Idaho they’re getting a bunch. I like it like this.

That is a particularly angry looking graphic.
Update:
There, I fixed it ...

What’s the scale? I’m assuming not inches and maybe percent chance of snow?

Lets just say it was boot deep yesterday, today, tomorrow, and probably knee deep on Saturday. Cold smoke.

Maybe towards the end you’ll get some. I heard Utah is high and dry, as are the California Sierra’s.

Yes that is the probability of snow. You need to look at the national weather service for the accumulation graphics. Equally awesome.

yup. Kinda a sad year so far.

Upside: I hear Utah is a stunning state!

Meanwhile, in California...
It’s near 80 today and we’ve had almost no measurable rain this season. My kids have never seen snow.

All we get over here in New England is bitter cold that all but gives your hands hypothermia within 30 seconds.

Imagine all of the jealousy in the whole world. Multiply that by the number of horsepower in an F1 race. That’s how jealous I am.

There used to be a direct flight from Portland to Kalispell but now I think you have to go through Seattle or salt lake.

We don’t get that many direct flights anymore
